Why nominate?

Whether for yourself, a peer or your team, nominate to gain recognition and celebrate your achievements and milestones. Nominees will be able to benchmark themselves against other Customer professionals.

Who can be nominated?

We encourage anyone involved in customer-facing roles to consider applying, including Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Directors, VPs and CCOs, as well as those who work in Customer Operations.

Can I vote for nominees?

The Customer Growth Awards are focused on merit and not popularity, meaning they are not open for public voting. If someone is nominated more than once, only the strongest nomination submission will be counted, with additional nominations for that person/organization being discarded.

What Happens after submitting a nomination?

Our judges will begin to review all nominations after the application date closes. A shortlist for each award will be announced the month before the Customer Growth Awards ceremony, where the winner(s) in each category will be crowned. All shortlisted submissions will be shared publicly.

How do our judges cast their votes?

Our judging process is a multi-stage process. Our judges are entirely independent and will take into consideration performance feedback from people around you, as well feedback from yourself directly.
