We're in the middle of a huge industry shift in how teams who manage customers are enabling their companies to deliver revenue. The continuing challenges of changing tech markets — including fundraising, competition and AI — have made CEOs, CROs and CFOs focus even more on where Customer Success and Account Management teams can unlock hidden revenue.

For many teams, this has helped them focus even more on how they position their customers for growth. Inspired by this shift, the Customer Growth awards is the world’s only awards ceremony dedicated to celebrating revenue teams who drive customer value.

The first Customer Growth awards will be held in Europe on Thursday 1st May, at the stunning Pan Pacific Ballroom in central London. Hosting 200 people in the industry, the awards will be judged by top revenue leaders who are excited to recognize those who both champion and execute upon revenue growth.
